On the one hand, subito mf provides musicians living in Switzerland an immediate access to a broad network of potential clients such as ensembles, orchestras, music societies and associations or church musicians.

On the other hand subito mf opens up access to several hundred musicians at the click of a mouse to all persons and organizations looking for musicians – especially temporary musicians and replacements.

At the same time, subito mf has dedicated itself entirely to efficiency. Musicians and ensembles should lose as few resources as possible on the way to engagement. The central point is to minimize the time until an ensemble has found the right musician. A further central point is the minimization of travel and thus travel expenses. If ensembles work more with musicians in the area, both sides benefit: The musicians lose less (unpaid) time travelling to and from the venue, while the ensemble has to pay less travel expenses.
